We are a private pay counseling practice, so fees are paid in full on the morning of your appointment.
We will provide you with a "superbill" you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement depending on your out-of-network benefits. You may check your out-of-network benefits by clicking the button here.

We’re able to provide “Superbills” for all services. These are monthly receipts for sessions already paid for. You can submit a batch claim to your insurance for potential reimbursement, though there are sometimes hoops to jump through with denials.

I believe I achieve my best work without the restrictions that insurance can place on diagnosis, treatment planning, and flexibility.

Mentaya is a third-party service which has a small fee to cover the hassle of submitting claims to your insurance company.
